How to use

There are two options depending on the application either spray or roller. A1: one or two crossed hands of EGAPOL MARMORI White Glossy Polyurethane Enamel, catalyzed 4 to 1 with EGAPOL Catalyst, will be applied. (Containers of 0.75 lts. Enamel and 0.188 lt. Catalyst); This application should preferably be done by airbrush, after dilution with POLYURETHANE SOLVENT Nº 3 (approximately 10-20%) (containers of 1 lts.). In this case a bottom with greater hardness and resistance is obtained. A2: It can also be applied with lacquer roller, applying in this case one or two crossed hands of the White Glossy Synthetic Enamel EGALUX BRILLIANT WHITE, using the REACTIVE DILUENT (approximately 20-25%) to increase the chemical resistance of the enamel. In this case, we have better application conditions, with slightly lower resistances. In both cases, allow a minimum of 24 hours to elapse between layers and another 24 hours before the application of the dyes. Application of dyes: the dyes will be applied uniformly with an aerographic gun or with a cloth or brush, making "stains" to one or more colors. In turn, drawings can be made with a fine brush. If the intensity is very strong, it can be diluted with the SOLVENT TINTES MARMORI. (Containers of 1 lt.). Tones can be mixed together, or you can work with several tones at once. Once the dye is applied, we will proceed with a simple paletina (3 cm wide, approximately) to clean the dye, previously wetting the pallet with small amounts of SOLVENT TINTES MARMORI (do not load excess solvent). They can be used with cotton stumps to shape the drawing of the marbles. When applying with the paletina on the dye, it reacts by opening or moving according to the direction of the brushstroke. Finishing: once the work is finished, it can then be varnished with our Special Varnish MARMORI varnish (1 Lt. containers), with a brush, thus obtaining an eggshell finish. To obtain a glossy finish you can use our FASSANOL Glossy Varnish, or if you want a greater protection our ANTIGRAFFITI Varnish; In both cases the application will be done by spray since its solvents can remove the imitations made. In the case that the imitation is made on floors or bar counters, POLPARQUET (One-component polyurethane varnish) is used.
