Surface preparation
Carefully remove imperfections and adhesions, sanding and cleaning to remove saltpeters, greases, old paints, dust, etc.
Before applying
Working temperature, should never be below 5ºC
How to use
1º.- On tempera, lime, old paints etc.: After removing chipping, tempera, lime, etc., apply one coat of ULTRAFINE JAYOKRIL and two hands of COLOREGA SATINADO, the first diluted 10-15% and the second undiluted or maximum 5%. 2º.- On soft surfaces (poorly set plaster) or very absorbent: Apply one coat of FASSANOL diluted 25% or ULTRAFINE JAYOKRIL or TEPPI synthetic sealant as sealant and then two hands of COLOREGA SATIN as in the previous case. 3º.- On hard and dry surfaces: Apply two hands as in the previous cases preferably preceded by JAYOKRIL (indoors) or ULTRAFINE JAYOKRIL (indoors or outdoors). 4º.- On surfaces with mold, brush with bleach diluted to 10% in water. Then wash with water, removing all residues and let dry. Then proceed as in the previous cases.
Storage
UP TO ONE YEAR in places protected from frost. If the container has been opened, close it tightly and use the contents within 30 days.
