C. APPLICATION

As a result of its low viscosity, it has a good penetrating power in porous supports, such as concrete.

Wide saturation of the pores of the support.
Robustness and consistency
It provides cohesion to the dust of the concrete, which allows to avoid the damages caused by the lack of adhesion.

Surface preparation

Surfaces should be dry and clean of dust, dirt, etc.

Before applying

It is essential that the temperature of the support is higher than 6ºC and the relative humidity of the air is less than 75%. Lower temperatures and relative humidity equal to or higher than those indicated, produce a delay in the drying and development of properties, which could be reduced.

How to use

On non-porous substrates, the previous application of our EPOXY IMPREGNATING VARNISH is recommended, or the mixture of EGAPOX 100 + DUREPOX 80 (5 + 3 by weight), which will reinforce the penetration and adhesion to the support of the complete system "Impregnation + Finish". Although it can normally be applied to supply viscosity, dilutions may be necessary for first hands (10% by weight of the Base/Catalyst mixture with our Egapox Solvent) or final hands (5% by weight of the same solvent). The total development of properties is obtained after 7 days at 20ºC.

Storage

Up to a year in places protected from frost.
