Surface preparation
Remove dirt and dust as much as possible. When polished concrete surfaces are marked, sand until pore open. If necessary, primer with FASSANOL Varnish diluted to 50% with SOLVENT Nº 224
Before applying
It should not be applied when the ambient humidity is excessive.
How to use
1.- Difficult soils, such as quartz on the surface or very fine polished: Open the pore with sandblasting or mechanical bonding. It is recommended in these cases, to apply the catalyzed varnish diluted up to 50% by weight with our ADHERENT SOLUTION. Make an adhesion test, prior to the application of the EGAPOX SUELOS finish paint in two hands. To increase adhesion, add a maximum of 25% of ADHERENT SOLUTION. 2.- Normal, very porous soils: Apply a first coat of catalyzed varnish, diluted to 30% by weight with our Egapox Solvent; After 24 hours give a second hand diluted 10%. If you want to give a finish in color, replace the second coat of EPOXY IMPREGNATING VARNISH catalyzed by two hands of our EGAPOX SOILS, with an interval of 24 hours between them.
Storage
The stability in the container is 12 MONTHS. If the container has been opened, close it tightly.
