Surface preparation

Before applying
Working temperature: It must not be lower than +5ºC, nor higher than +30ºC. With high temperatures, work in the shade preferably first thing in the morning, since an excess of temperature gives rise to the joints being noticed by the rapid drying, producing shading and the consequent optical variations of color.
How to use
A lower or greater consistency of the fresh product can be obtained when applying, for this, before preparing the mixture reserve approximately 15% by weight or volume of CATALYST EGACEMENTI. Once the mixture is homogenized and free of lumps, the reserved catalyst will be slowly added until it is observed that the viscosity is ideal for the application, regardless of whether part of the reserved catalyst is left over. In case of making a color the dye must be added on the CATALYST EGACEMENTI before mixing with the MEDIUM EGACEMENTI. The ideal is to pour the solid MEDIUM EGACEMENTI, on the EGACEMENTI CATALYST, liquid, slowly and with electric mixer. Homogenize at high revolutions until the product is free of lumps. The life of the mixture is 2 hours. The application will be made to trowel, preferably of stainless steel; The mixture will spread with the trowel on a regular basis, but at the same time leaving spatulate that help us achieve harmonious effects. Once the first hand has dried or set, we will proceed to apply a second coat, using the same technique. On this second layer we will apply a third finish, repretando or smoothing every 2-3 m2 to obtain the smoothest and most uniform finish possible.
Storage
Up to a year in places protected from frost. If the container has been opened, close it tightly and use the contents within 30 days.
