Its low thermal conductivity acts as a retaining wall, preventing or minimizing temperature changes through the walls, retaining heat, preventing external penetration, both heat and cold. All this contributes to a pleasant thermal environment, both in winter and summer, and an appreciable energy saving, which allow it to be classified as THERMAL INSULATION PAINT.
Surface preparation
"Clean and remove floury and poorly adhered parts; old paintings, etc."
Before applying
Working temperature: Not lower than +5ºC. Relative humidity not exceeding 80%
How to use
New or painted surfaces in good condition: After cleaning the surfaces carefully, apply a first coat of FASSACRYL, brush or roller, diluted to 5-10% with water and, after a minimum of 8 hours give a second coat by the chosen system, diluted to 5% maximum. Surfaces painted in poor condition or very absorbent backgrounds: Eliminate imperfections, adhesions, greases, old paints, etc., sanding and removing dust and dirt. Fix the surface with FASSANOL or ULTRAFINE JAYOKRIL. Once dry proceed as in the previous case. Surfaces with mold and verdin: Brush with bleach diluted to 10% in water. Then wash with water, removing all residues and let dry. Then proceed as in case 2. If you want to enhance the anti-mold effect of the paint, dilute the paint instead of with water, with algaecide protectors, in the same proportion.
Storage
Up to a year in places protected from frost. If the container has been opened, close it tightly and use the contents within 30 days.
